Menasha Programs and Services

The Menasha Goodwill Retail Store and Training Center is home to several core Goodwill programs and services for the surrounding Fox Cities community.  The Work Services Program includes paid work experience and vocational training for people with disabilities.  It is designed to provide a supported work environment while individuals obtain the skills and behaviors necessary to work competitively within the community.  Partnering with county human services departments in the area, this program is a longer-term opportunity, allowing as much time as participants need to achieve their vocational goals.

The Menasha Goodwill is also home to the Vocational Evaluation Program.  This program provides assessment of individual vocational interests, aptitudes, abilities and needs through the use of comprehensive assessment and evaluation techniques.  This program is typically, but not exclusively, funded through the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR).

The Work Adjustment Training Program (WAT) is a short-term training program for people with disabilities.  It uses the Goodwill Retail Store and Training Center as the site for developing participants’ work skills and behaviors.  This program is also typically, but not exclusively, funded through DVR.

In addition to these programs, Goodwill also provides services to the following agencies and community partners through the Menasha Retail Store and Training Center:
