Rhinelander Programs and Services

The Rhinelander Retail Store and Training Center has joined forces with Bethesda Lutheran Homes/Opportunities Unlimited to create an opportunity for individuals with the most significant disabilities with a supported work experience within a competitive retail work environment.  Because of the nature and severity of their disabilities, these workers need specialized ongoing support and supervision, which is given by a person hired through Bethesda Lutheran Homes. Additional training and support is provide by Goodwill team members.

In addition to this program, Goodwill also provides services to the following agencies and community partners through the Rhinelander Retail Store and Training Center:

  • Experience Works - Older Workers Program
  • Headwaters, Inc.
  • Community Corrections Employment Program (CCEP)
  • Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR)
  • Department of Social Services, Oneida County
  • Northern Advantage Job Center - W2 program
  • South Park Alternative School
  • Rhinelander High School
