Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin Inc. programs and services served more than 51,366 people in 2012. In addition, more than 150,000 people were served by the 20 resident not-for-profit organizations and the Goodwill store based at the Goodwill Community Center campus in Menasha.

Financially, Goodwill NCW reported revenues of $61,206,826 and expenses of $57,308,100. Funds available for growth and program development reached $3,898,726.
