Marathon County Restorative Justice Program
What is Restorative Justice?
Marathon County Restorative Justice uses a service delivery model of victim offender conferencing. Victims of crime are central to the process and are given a voice.
The anticipated outcomes include:
- Increasing offender accountability and diverting youth from further juvenile justice involvement.
- Increasing resources to the youth and their families to reduce risk and build protective factors.
- Providing important assistance and restitution to crime victims.
Mon. – Fri.: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Services are offered in a classroom, group and/or individual setting. Frequency of services provided is determined by the referral request, the program referred to, and the readiness of participants to complete programming.
